How do I order more than one 'thing'?

If you wish to place an order for more than 1 'thing/product/course/etc.' and you are already in the Checkout area then simply leave that area via the top menus and add whatever else you wish to order. You can click the small shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen at any time to see your orderable items in the cart or to re-enter the checkout process.

This question typically comes up when you proceed to subscribe to a writing course (where clicking the 'take this course' button takes you directly to the checkout page (as you're generally unlikely to order more than one writing course at the time ;) but then decide to take part in another chargeable activity (e.g. a Master Class or Reading) as well.

Instead of ordering the items separately, simply add them to the cart as you would in any other online shop before using the checkout process.

Ps. Don't leave any core writing courses in your cart without checking out during a browsing session. If other website visitors are in the ordering process at the same as you, then seat availability in a course may change and not be correctly identified if you restart your ordering process later. It's safer to visit a course page for full up-to-date availability (without the course in the cart already) and then placing the order from there (where our system can hold the space for you whilst you checkout and pay).
