Password Trouble - Reset Instructions

Common Issues:
1. Clicking the Login button on the Top Right of our website does not bring up a password entry box or, if it does, clicking the Login button there (after entering username & password) does not actually log you into your account.
Most common issue: Something on your computer/device is blocking Cookies or Scripting. Check whether you are using a cookie blocker, VPN or other tool like it and switch it of temporarily to check.

2. You've entered your password incorrectly (5 times) and the system now says that you are locked out.

Most common issue: Your login device exceeded the allowed number of login attempts, possibly due to an error in your password entry system or due to some connectivity issues. Wait the stated 30 minutes, check your records, and use the correct password (if automated, try it manually). Or reset your password (instructions below).


To reset your password:
Go to the backup login page at https://internationalwriterscollective.com/login and click on "Lost your Password?".
Enter your registered email address or the user name you chose when you registered with us.
Check your email for a password reset link and click on it.
Enter your new password and confirm it.
Click "Submit" to save your new password.
Save your new credentials in your Password Manager!
